Zoran Memon is a certified prosciutto slicer, Level 1 sommelier, and founder of MEMON Prosciutto e Vino CF, where he unites his passion for cured meats and fine wines into unforgettable culinary experiences. His love for prosciutto began in his childhood in the Goriška Brda region, where the prized hams hanging from his grandmother’s ceiling during the holidays left a lasting impression. Driven by curiosity, he explores prosciuttos from various regions, comparing styles and sharing his insights through workshops and tastings. His mission is to bring the rich heritage of traditional prosciutto to people in a way that is both professional and engaging. With years of experience and prestigious international certifications—including Promoter of Istrian Prosciutto from Tinjan and Professional Jamón Carver from Málaga—Zoran offers guests an experience where prosciutto and wine meet in perfect harmony.
